Kingspan Water & Energy, as a QBCC license holder, have specialist commercial Service Team’s comprising of trained technicians and service coordinators with confined space entry, working at height certifications and licensed plumbers. Kingspan provide service & maintenance work for all tank configurations, sizes, makes, models and not solely limited to Kingspan Products.
Kingspan conduct inspections, routine maintenance and service in accordance with AS1851:2012, AS3500.1:2021, and AS1657:2018. We provide data and advice on your tank with recommendations for repair, replacement, and if necessary, observations using our automated reporting system to help maximise the service life of your asset and its compliance. *

PVC, RPVC, XR3, XR5, Butyl rubber and more – for AS4020:2018 Potable or Industrial storage applications.
*Routine maintenance and service is often overlooked by clients and end-users until there is an emergency or breakdown. Consequently, this may lead to costly repairs or even fines. Irregular Servicing of Tanks should also be studied by clients for possible effect on product warranties. Also, for the avoidance of doubt, the asset owner should seek clarification on transfer or ownership of warranties.

Our ROV inspection service helps detect defects, corrosion, or items in need of repair or replacement. Having regular inspections ensures that potential issues are detected and rectified earlier to preserve your tank’s structural integrity.

Liner Replacement and Refusbishment
We provide Tank Liner replacements for numerous tank types. We are equipped to accommodate various tank shapes and sizes, most storage applications and water sources.
Liners may be manufactured in one piece, or multiple sections and site bonded depending on the tank configuration or if the tank includes internal supports or braces.
All manufacturing and site work follows a rigid Installation and Testing plan as part of our accredited management system. Where required we comply the requirements of AS2304:2018. Liner selection considers temperature of stored fluid, specific gravity, fluctuations, elongation, shrinkage, and environmental conditions such as humidity and UV for tanks with an open top.
Our liners are compliant with AS4020:2018, PVC Liners Potable/Non-Potable, Reinforced RPVC Liners, XR3 Potable material, XR3 Industrial, XR5 materials and Butyl rubber. We have a liner material for the majority of water sources, applications and to suit the water chemistry. Provided we have a water analysis, the tank empty and fill cycle information and purpose of stored water we are able to recommend and select the correct material for the right application and help maximise the service life of your tank.
Manufactured in Western Australia under factory-controlled environments and our ISO 9001 certified management system, we can provide liners for most modular bolted panel tanks, square tanks, and concrete tanks.
